Description

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for technical and executive audiences.
  • Build trusted client relationships by providing technical guidance and addressing objections and questions.
  • Prepare accurate technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to align solutions with client needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market changes, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide customer feedback internally to inform product improvements and future development.
  • Assist with solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation.
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical role.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking.
  • Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate clear business value to clients.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred: ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Preferred: experience working with cross-functional teams.
