Description

  • Drive technical sales strategy and best-practice implementation across the Conga Partner Network.
  • Work with strategic system integrators, ISVs, and hyperscalers to support partner-led opportunities.
  • Develop strategic solution paths and key sales programs for partner engagements.
  • Build and scope integrations, including API-driven solutions, to improve customer experience.
  • Deliver demos and showcase the Conga Advantage Platform to partners and customers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and sales teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Lead technical enablement for partner teams through workshops, certification programs, and office hours.
  • Represent Conga at events and joint customer engagements.
  • Act as a technical advisor for complex customer environments and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Track partner progress against KPIs and support ongoing partner ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Solution Engineering with a strong track record of designing and implementing effective solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform and enterprise application value and deployment.
  • Proven experience building and demonstrating API-focused solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends.
  • Ability to align technical solutions to complex customer environments and support strategic integrators.
  • Experience leading partner enablement through workshops, certification programs, and office hours.
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies, including Agent Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft/Azure and AWS cloud architecture, deployment patterns, and best practices for scalable solutions.
  • Experience architecting and deploying Workato integrations across partner ecosystems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of revenue lifecycle management, including Commerce, CPQ, Contracts, Document Generation, and eSign (preferred).
