Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers across North America.
  • Drive technical sales strategy across the region, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and customer evaluations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align presales execution with revenue goals and business growth.
  • Establish and scale presales methodologies, processes, and tools to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor on strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled practices and technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn customer and market insights into product innovation.
  • Use data and performance metrics to improve technical win rates, evaluation success, deal velocity, and overall impact.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top Solutions Engineering talent while building a scalable organization.
  • Serve on the Customer Engineering leadership team to help shape the function’s vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Presales or Solutions Engineering teams in a growth-oriented technology organization.
  • A leadership style rooted in coaching and mentorship.
  • Deep expertise in presales methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Track record of scaling processes that improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ability to serve as a strategic advisor to customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to lead initiatives, solve problems, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, risk, data intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, or adjacent technology markets is preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent.
