Description

  • Own and lead global client relationships across multiple markets, ensuring alignment, governance, and success metrics.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Define and drive global account strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnership development.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across geographies, brands, and capabilities.
  • Lead commercial strategy across the portfolio, including pricing, scoping, renewals, and multi-market expansions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with Finance and Operations.
  • Align programmes and roadmaps to client commercial goals and experience KPIs.
  • Oversee delivery quality and consistency across markets in partnership with Programme Managers, Delivery Leads, and Account teams.
  • Lead senior client engagements such as QBRs, EBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Develop global playbooks and best practices, mentor account and sales teams, and represent the agency in senior forums and industry events.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-market accounts in digital, CRM, Martech, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of the QSR or multi-site retail / convenience sector, including customer behaviour and operational dynamics.
  • Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering long-term account growth and profitability.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets, forecasting, and portfolio performance.
  • Experience shaping large-scale programmes, scopes, and multi-market commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level and VP stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience influencing cross-functional teams across regions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance client value, delivery quality, and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or consultancy environments.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Experience in QSR or multi-site retail / convenience is especially relevant (preferred).
