Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound client queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to retain and expand the book of business.
  • Drive product adoption across additional business units within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Identify revenue at risk and help prevent churn.
  • Forecast retention rates and track performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Understand client organizations, including roles, responsibilities, projects, and performance metrics, to tailor communication and positioning.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute new user onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Gather client value stories and product feedback and share insights internally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and/or financial services companies.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and experience with internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment; exposure to AI and/or research-based products is preferred.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply to a range of audiences, including analysts and C-level executives.
  • High energy, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Demonstrated grit, work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment.
  • Ability to work effectively with high- and mid-touch accounts and allocate time efficiently.
