Description

  • Establish and run a strong operating cadence for GTM Operations to support business growth and alignment.
  • Lead AI transformation for RevOps and go-to-market workflows, including adoption of AI-powered automations and agent-assisted processes.
  • Refine and standardize GTM processes, policies, and workflows with leadership and functional stakeholders.
  • Assess existing sales processes and drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM operational infrastructure, including selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and technologies.
  • Manage CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Loopio, and SPIFF.
  • Lead system consolidation, migration, and implementation projects that improve data quality and reduce operational friction.
  • Oversee sales incentive compensation design, execution, approvals, and communication to leaders and employees.
  • Manage opex and headcount budgeting, including budget-to-actual tracking and annual planning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals while fostering high performance and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing a complex Sales Operations function in a FinTech or modern payments sales environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.
  • Experience driving change through fact-based, data-driven analysis.
  • Ability to frame business problems, evaluate options, and make recommendations using data.
  • Experience researching, developing, and deploying sales tools, technologies, and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software compensation plan structures, including quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings.
  • Deep business process knowledge across territory management, sales account coverage, sales crediting, and compensation.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and synthesis of recommendations.
  • Ability to manage a team supporting $1B+ in revenue.
  • Proven track record of providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations within a fintech sales environment.
  • Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance.
  • Results-driven and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $187,000-$233,800 nationally, $202,400-$253,000 in Premium locations, and $220,000-$275,000 in Premium Plus locations.
