Description

  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover HR pain points, root challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Nurture customer relationships and convert identified needs into paid services engagements.
  • Help customers clarify, prioritize, and understand the impact of their HR challenges.
  • Position BambooHR’s HR services, including HR Consulting, Technical Services, and Managed Payroll, to match customer needs.
  • Build awareness of services offerings through targeted outreach and engagement approaches.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CX to shape messaging, campaigns, and materials.
  • Run experiments to improve engagement, conversion, and service adoption.
  • Track active opportunities and maintain follow-through through to defined outcomes.
  • Identify repeatable customer signals and improve engagement and conversion approaches.
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine the go-to-market approach and service design.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or HRBP roles.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and convert them into paid services that drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and convert customer relationships into paid engagements.
  • Ability to lead consultative conversations that uncover unstated needs and challenge assumptions.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and SMB decision-making dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and opportunities with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to independently assess HR needs and recommend high-impact solutions.
  • Comfort owning outcomes in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills that connect HR challenges to business impact.
  • AI proficiency required, including demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and how work gets done.
  • A curious, experimental mindset focused on testing, learning, and refining approaches.
