Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and Mid Market prospects.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Support trusted-advisor relationships with key accounts and interested clients.
  • Collaborate on market-specific commercial and go-to-market strategies.
  • Adapt sales efforts to local regulatory, operational, and cultural contexts.
  • Strengthen Simetrik’s market positioning, credibility, and adoption in the mid-market segment.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Strong collaboration and persuasion skills.
  • High self-motivation and a desire to continuously grow and improve.
  • Comfort working with multiple remote teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Based in Bogota or Buenos Aires.
  • Hunter mentality and ability to learn, organize, and manage pipeline activity.
