Description

  • Deliver in-class and/or remote training sessions for the automotive client.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops that drive engagement and participation.
  • Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Adapt training delivery to local market context while maintaining global standards.
  • Support potential Train-the-Trainer sessions.
  • Collaborate with international teams on ongoing project delivery.

Requirements

  • Senior-level customer experience trainer.
  • Strong experience in the automotive industry, with premium or luxury experience preferred, or a relevant related industry.
  • Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation.
  • Comfortable engaging managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver interactive training formats rather than presentations only.
  • Fluent in the local language of the market and a good level of English.
  • German-speaking trainers preferred for Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
  • Polish-speaking trainers preferred for Poland.
  • Brazilian Portuguese-speaking trainers preferred for Brazil.
