Description

  • Generate net-new pipeline through cold outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn sequencing.
  • Build and execute a territory plan targeting manufacturing plants and multi-site manufacturers.
  • Use Apollo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to run repeatable outbound campaigns.
  • Engage manufacturing stakeholders across engineering, operations, plant leadership, quality, and IT.
  • Run discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points on the factory floor.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business and ROI-driven value propositions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage sales cycles of roughly 60–150 days while maintaining deal momentum and qualification discipline.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to refine messaging, sales strategy, and product feedback.
  • Help evolve the company’s sales playbook as Maneva scales.

Requirements

  • 3–9 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Direct experience selling into manufacturing factories and engaging plant-level stakeholders.
  • Experience selling software or software-led solutions, with highest preference for SaaS-first startup experience.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of cold outbound success.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Comfort with technical and consultative selling in complex environments.
  • Experience managing deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Strong discipline using CRM and outbound tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.
  • Must be reasonably close to manufacturing hubs.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience selling AI, vision systems, IIoT, or advanced manufacturing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, throughput, scrap, downtime, and quality is a plus.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience is a plus.
  • Experience selling into multi-site or enterprise manufacturers is a plus.
