Description

  • Drive net-new business acquisition and expansion revenue across the DACH enterprise segment.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Develop and execute strategic enterprise account plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, and Tech stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations through to close.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to accelerate deal velocity and adoption.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, strong CRM hygiene, and proactive risk management.
  • Strengthen Contentsquare’s presence in the DACH enterprise ecosystem through strategic account planning and executive engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a sales hunter focused on new logo or new revenue acquisition.
  • Proven strategic SaaS sales experience.
  • Full English and German language skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience selling to large, complex organizations.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology to senior executive audiences.
  • Structured and disciplined with high accountability for forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
  • Sales methodology experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or equivalent is a strong plus.
  • Ownership, resilience, and a proactive mindset are required.
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles is preferred.
