Description

  • Manage and develop existing U.S. distributor relationships to increase sales, product penetration, and distributor profitability.
  • Acquire new regional distributors across decorative panel, flooring, and building product channels.
  • Build and lead the U.S. sales organization, including future regional sales managers, sales representatives, and support teams.
  • Optimize sales processes, reporting, and performance frameworks to support scalable long-term growth.
  • Design and oversee the Architectural Channel Development Program with architects, interior designers, developers, and specifiers.
  • Increase brand visibility in residential, hospitality, office, and mixed-use projects during early design phases.
  • Lead customer discovery, market validation, competitor analysis, and price verification for North American core product line definition.
  • Share market data and customer feedback with Product, R&D, and Operations teams.
  • Position the brand in the accessible premium segment across distributors, dealers, manufacturers, and contractors.
  • Lead trade shows, dealer events, and market development activities to improve specification rates and brand equity.
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in decorative panels, laminate flooring, surface systems, or related industries.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in sales, business development, distributor management, or commercial leadership.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a business line, region, or product category within the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record in distributor development and dealer channel management, including acquiring new distributors and growing existing accounts.
  • Experience with architectural channels and the product specification process.
  • Established network across U.S. distributors, flooring dealers, architects, interior designers, and building product channels.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong discipline for KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Experience with cabinet manufacturers or cabinet component manufacturers is a plus.
  • Experience with international or European manufacturers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software tools, with hands-on CRM experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization.
