Description

  • Identify and recommend software enhancements using analytics, stakeholder feedback, and cross-team input.
  • Document, present, and own enhancements from requirements gathering through approval and implementation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions and related integrations.
  • Define and implement API integrations connecting Salesforce with front-end applications and third-party platforms.
  • Support production operations and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple technology platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using Salesforce Apex and modern development practices.
  • Apply SDLC practices including testing, source control, release management, and Agile delivery.
  • Resolve advanced Salesforce, integration, and data-integrity issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum or Kanban processes, provide estimates, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in software development, platform support, or systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data flows and Apex coding.
  • Salesforce Developer Platform II certification.
  • Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce, including security settings, roles, profiles, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Proficiency with API development and integrations; Java and object-oriented programming experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern software development languages, SDLC practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SurveyMonkey Apply, Canvas LMS, Symplicity, and Avature.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to nontechnical audiences.
