Description

Administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access troubleshooting.
Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation rules, data audits, and cleanup.
Manage sandboxes, deployments, releases, seasonal updates, and platform documentation.
Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
Translate business requests into maintainable Salesforce solutions and partner with the developer on Apex-heavy and integration work.
Read, debug, test, and support existing Apex, automations, and invocable actions.
Support the Claude AI integration and connected systems that enable automation.
Help drive adoption of Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce and Einstein.
Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce support, training, and enablement across Melita teams.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Deep experience with Flows, permission sets, validation rules, record types, reports, and dashboards.
Experience administering a complex, heavily customized Salesforce org.
Ability to read and debug existing Apex code and automations.
Strong data management skills and attention to data integrity.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and business-requirements translation skills.
Self-directed ownership mindset and ability to manage complex work through completion.
Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Agentforce/AI credentials (preferred).
Experience with Claude AI or other LLMs, Agentforce, Einstein, integrations or middleware such as CData, APIs, or ETL tools, deployment/version control, or HR, benefits, payroll, or professional-services environments (preferred).
