Description

  • Understand business goals and support discovery sessions.
  • Partner with the Business Analyst or Product Owner to refine and prioritize user stories and features.
  • Analyze complex business processes and break them into actionable requirements.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for declarative Salesforce capabilities, including advanced Flow.
  • Champion scalable, maintainable solutions that reduce technical debt.
  • Lead configuration efforts and establish best practices and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate with developers to define the boundary between declarative configuration and custom code.
  • Mentor junior configurators and serve as a technical escalation point.
  • Prepare for and lead client discussions with strategic technical recommendations.
  • Help develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled solutions in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com.
  • 5+ years of systems consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
  • Expert-level Salesforce configurator experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation/facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Well-organized, results-driven, and able to solve difficult problems.
  • Willingness to travel for team events as needed.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Comfort with responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
