Description

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to understand user needs, challenge ideas, and co-create solutions.
  • Own features end-to-end from initial concept through release and beyond.
  • Contribute to fast-paced production delivery while balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
  • Bring informed opinions and challenge the status quo when it improves the product.
  • Share knowledge through pair programming, thoughtful code reviews, and team mentoring.
  • Help improve engineering practices across the team, including delivery, testing, observability, and monitoring.
  • Participate in the full development cycle within a squad responsible for a specific business domain.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • First experience in a product company such as SaaS, fintech, or marketplace.
  • Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
  • Comfort working with complex backend architecture, APIs, and data models.
  • First experience with TypeScript.
  • Willingness and ability to learn Nuxt and Vue.js.
  • Product-minded approach focused on understanding the 'why' behind features and owning delivery end-to-end.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern architecture with the pragmatism to ship appropriate solutions quickly.
  • Experience owning the full lifecycle of delivery, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and monitoring.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
