Description

  • Contribute to discovery-driven product development by uncovering user needs and shaping solutions.
  • Work as part of integrated, cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and delivery managers.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on goals, feedback, and next steps.
  • Influence how engagements are run and help define the products being built.
  • Support product discovery, delivery, and adoption efforts for client engagements.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically across team members and client stakeholders.
  • Take ownership and remain accountable even when initiative is not explicitly requested.
  • Participate in continuous learning and improvement to bring new concepts and products to market.
  • Join occasional in-person client meetings and collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • Experience as a full-stack engineer, UX/UI designer, or Agile PM in web or data-powered product development.
  • Prior involvement in consulting or discovery-driven custom product development teams is preferred.
  • Strong professional and empathetic communication skills with curiosity toward stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to actively give and receive feedback and help keep teams aligned.
  • Comfort working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn from people at all levels, regardless of title.
  • Openness to occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Based in or near Chicago, IL or Denver, CO is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to overlap core working hours with clients and teammates.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Miro, Notion, Slack, and Zoom is helpful.
