Description

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory plans for the assigned region.
  • Build pipeline through prospecting and networking within the public sector vertical.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional solutions within an existing book of business.
  • Qualify marketing leads and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver in-person customer presentations in the field.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations with supporting Solutions Consultants.
  • Manage the product trial lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Complete the quoting process accurately and maintain comprehensive sales records.
  • Keep all sales activity information current and accurate in Magnet's CRM system.
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis to align solutions with customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in public sector sales or a related enterprise sales environment.
  • Ability to develop territory plans and manage multi-stage deal sizes, including platform and multiyear deals.
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills for building new business pipelines.
  • Experience with cross-selling, upselling, and solution selling.
  • Ability to conduct customer presentations and support technical demonstrations.
  • Experience using CRM systems and handling quoting processes accurately.
  • Knowledge of digital forensics and cybersecurity, including the competitive landscape, is an asset.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Preferred location: Wisconsin.
