Description

  • Lead the infrastructure and processes that support the go-to-market organization.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals, accurate data, and scalable operating processes.
  • Support FI/RFP processes and help GTM teams deliver consistent, data-backed messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead management, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Partner with Customer Success on retention and expansion metrics, including NRR and GRR.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, territory and quota setting, and compensation alignment.
  • Develop sales methodologies, playbooks, and enablement programs that improve operational efficiency.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and revenue metrics for executives, managers, and reps.
  • Own the GTM tech stack, maintain CRM data integrity, and drive automation to reduce manual work.
  • Design and manage sales compensation plans, including modeling, governance, rollout, administration, and payout processes.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Experience designing and managing sales compensation plans at scale.
  • Proven success at a growth-stage or mid-market company, ideally in the $100M–$1B range.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and adjacent GTM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, and Gainsight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience leading forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of building and leading small, high-performing teams.
  • Experience with annual and quarterly GTM planning is preferred.
  • Ability to work with finance, HR, sales, marketing, and customer success stakeholders.
