Description

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned partners across sell-through, sell-with, sell-to, and managed services motions.
  • Develop and execute partner growth plans aligned with M-Files business goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and expand new and existing partner business opportunities.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of partner solutions, programs, and go-to-market initiatives that support mutual growth.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives while advancing partner-influenced opportunities through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide real-time pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Coach joint sales teams on sales strategy, opportunity management, and value proposition execution.
  • Monitor market, industry, and technology trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to global, decentralized virtual teams and contribute to partner ecosystem strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced university degree or comparable experience preferred.
  • 12+ years of partner leadership experience with or working for Global/Regional Systems Integrators, ISVs, and Managed Service Providers.
  • 12+ years of direct sales or consulting experience.
  • 10+ years developing new business opportunities and solutions with partners, primarily at the CxO level.
  • 7+ years of complex project management experience leading large, global, diverse, and decentralized virtual teams.
  • 7+ years of end-to-end IT industry experience with domain expertise in at least two industry verticals.
  • 7+ years of working for or with distributors and/or resellers.
  • 2+ years of formal leadership experience.
  • Experience participating in a multi-step recruitment process with screening, hiring manager, and internal stakeholder interviews.
  • Ability to complete the hiring process with an estimated applicant time investment of approximately 3 hours.
