Description

  • Own the creation, tracking, and velocity of the enterprise sales pipeline from MQL to SQL to pipeline value.
  • Lead the internal marketing team by setting KPIs, removing blockers, and managing day-to-day execution.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns for enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and company leadership to improve GTM execution and support strategic selling initiatives.
  • Refine and advance the company’s account-based marketing playbooks.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting to executive leadership on pipeline ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Shield the CEO from routine marketing operational issues and handle the team’s ongoing marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an early marketing leader or key growth driver at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success building enterprise pipeline for buyers with $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying committees.
  • Highly tactical, hands-on approach with willingness to write copy, build campaigns, analyze data, and execute directly.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM integration, especially Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with intent data tools.
  • Fractional / part-time contract availability for a short-term stint.
  • Experience staying long enough in a prior role to see the compounding impact of growth strategies.
