Description

  • Act as the primary Japan-based strategic partner and local point of contact for global enterprise clients.
  • Own the end-to-end retention strategy for Japan-based entities and identify churn risks early.
  • Deliver data-driven business reviews that demonstrate localized ROI and clinical efficacy.
  • Serve as the dedicated contact for the key strategic account’s Japanese headquarters and regional divisions.
  • Tailor open enrollment and mental health awareness campaigns for the Japanese workforce.
  • Coordinate rapid-response support for critical incidents, workplace tragedies, natural disasters, and acute mental health emergencies.
  • Provide market intelligence to product and clinical teams on competitors, regulations, and provider network gaps.
  • Partner with Global Account Managers and Consultants to deliver a unified global client experience within Japan.
  • Navigate complex internal client hierarchies to ensure high-touch service delivery across regional stakeholders.
  • Manage client contracts and financial aspects of account relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management.
  • Experience with large global customers is desirable.
  • Experience with EAP management or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • A background in Clinical Psychology or Counselling is an advantage.
  • Experience in financial management of client contracts is essential.
