Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local and international accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison with Global Account Managers to communicate and resolve client requests.
  • Understand client needs and ensure products and services meet their objectives.
  • Review account performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Address client issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to account growth, customer retention, and new business development.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activity, pipeline status, and market conditions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals, and respond to relevant tenders.
  • Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Manage customer programme implementation, including onboarding, contracting, and supplier registration processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of corporate B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in EAP or healthcare sales is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Dutch/Flemish is mandatory.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel to customers in Belgium as required.
  • Remote-based position.
  • Experience in managing customer programmes and onboarding processes is relevant.
  • Experience responding to tenders is preferred.
