Description

  • Manage the day-to-day footwear business for assigned key account partners and maintain strong account relationships.
  • Drive seasonal sell-in aligned with footwear strategy, revenue targets, account plans, and market distribution objectives.
  • Partner with the broader key account sales team to align footwear strategies with other categories and account priorities.
  • Support sell-through performance through in-store execution, product education, and retail storytelling in partnership with Trade Marketing.
  • Work with Footwear and Revenue teams to align forecasts, assortments, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance and provide feedback on product performance, inventory health, and market trends.
  • Support key account milestones including line reviews, sales meetings, product trainings, and seasonal business reviews.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring footwear is represented effectively and professionally at retail.
  • Support distribution and productivity initiatives to grow footwear revenue within key accounts.
  • Contribute insights from retailers and consumers to inform future footwear strategy and improve cross-functional processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in footwear sales or account management, preferably in wholesale or key accounts within the outdoor or sports apparel industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing brands at top U.S. retailers.
  • Strong understanding of sell-in and sell-through mechanics and retail partner support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and clear communication skills across internal and external partners.
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen and retail math skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time for internal and external events, depending on seasonality.
  • Flexible and adaptable when working through ambiguity.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a commitment to doing what is right.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of USD $107,000 to $134,000 per year.
  • Competitive bonus program.
  • Benefits package offered in addition to base pay.
  • Remote full-time role.
