Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through phone, email, social media, and other channels.
  • Research prospects’ business needs and pain points to communicate Loop’s value proposition effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and demos for qualified prospects with Account Executives.
  • Track and document all interactions and lead information in Salesforce to maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Learn the industry and competitors to bring useful insights to merchants and improve sales messaging.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teammates to improve sales processes and overall performance.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outbound activity, qualified leads, scheduled meetings, and SQO quota.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and messaging.
  • Share market insights with sales, marketing, merchant success, and product teams to help the company respond to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong prospecting skills with experience identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calls, cold emails, social media, and other creative methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
  • Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs and pain points and communicate value clearly.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and resilience when facing rejection or setbacks.
  • Results-driven mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Comfort using CRMs, email automation platforms, and prospecting tools.
  • Experience with, or excitement to learn, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Loom, Outreach, Lusha, SalesNav, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with AEs, marketing, partnerships, and merchant success teams.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, processes, and industry trends.
  • Curiosity and proactive interest in experimenting with AI technologies to improve workflows and messaging.
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing, ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Examples of turning a customer’s hesitation into a product win.
  • Located in the United States.

  • Base salary of $60,000 per year.
  • Annual commission expected to be up to $22,000.
