Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided prospect list.
  • Introduce products or services and generate qualified leads.
  • Use scripts to communicate value clearly and address questions or concerns.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and updates in the CRM system.
  • Handle rejections and objections professionally and persistently.
  • Work toward targeted sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Produce 4–6 qualified meetings per month by Day 60 through consistent independent prospecting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and relevant computer applications.
  • Resilient, persistent, and positive when facing objections or challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communication style with strong self-motivation and ownership.
  • Coachable, emotionally resilient, and professional.
  • English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time (GMT-7, US & Canada).
