Description

  • Manage a digital brand with a focus on websites and day-to-day account work for CIDP.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships aligned to client business goals.
  • Advise clients confidently on inquiries and represent Avalere Health’s capabilities and offerings.
  • Develop working knowledge of the client’s market, trends, influencers, competitors, and stakeholders.
  • Translate client business objectives for internal agency teams through verbal and written communication.
  • Review work in progress across strategy, creative, technical, and analytics streams and interpret client, medical, regulatory, and legal feedback.
  • Document scope requests, write project briefs, and develop statements of work with delivery team input.
  • Track budgets, monitor revenue and profit, and flag scope or re-estimate issues to leadership and clients as needed.
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and partner with account leadership to expand revenue.
  • Lead tactical meetings and MRC discussions, including review of submission comments and coordination of the process.
  • Apply analytical thinking and prior learnings to strengthen brand strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • Mentor more junior team members and potentially serve as a dotted-line manager for AE or SAE reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment with digital website-focused tactics.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing a pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Baseline knowledge of the MRC submission process.
  • Experience with Veeva or similar submission software.
  • Ability to manage budgets, estimate vs. actual tracking, and scope changes.
  • Strong problem-solving and sound judgment in a client service setting.
  • Ability to balance process and flexibility while managing clients and internal teams.
