Description

  • Lead Loop’s vertical expansion sales motion by identifying the right merchant entry points for long-term growth.
  • Develop and refine the sales playbook for new verticals in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Learn how merchants make decisions and translate that insight into clear, confident selling.
  • Act as the voice of new verticals by sharing market feedback with Product, Marketing, Merchant Success, and Leadership.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and differing priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to test, refine, and evolve the sales motion.
  • Own opportunities from the first conversation through long-term growth.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and reliable forecasts.
  • Travel domestically 1-2 times per quarter for events or offsites.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of SaaS sales experience with a record of growth and consistent success.
  • Experience building from scratch and working effectively without a fully defined playbook.
  • Ability to explain your deal process, forecasting approach, and pipeline management.
  • Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams and bringing in the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach.io, and Clay.
  • Strong focus on clean data and CRM hygiene in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curiosity and interest in learning new industries and business models.
  • Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, or the post-purchase ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Startup experience across different stages of rapid growth is preferred.
  • Must be located in the United States.

  • Base salary of $98,753 annually.
  • Eligible for an annual commission expected to be $98,753.
