Description

  • Build and grow win-win partnerships with major and mega donors to advance Stand Together’s goals.
  • Cultivate and steward donor relationships so partnerships remain a top priority for donors.
  • Manage high-value, complex fundraising and sales cycles through structured pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic plans that grow revenue.
  • Grow and own donor portfolios by recruiting new donor partners.
  • Leverage subject matter experts and organizational representatives to deepen donor and prospect relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience growing strategic relationships and market share in a complex solution environment.
  • Proven track record of securing 7+ figure financial commitments through relationship-driven sales cycles or entrepreneurial fundraising campaigns.
  • Experience with consultative selling, prospect qualification, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and professionalism skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to relationship building and value creation.
  • Maturity and leadership skills to prioritize plans and activities for optimal outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
  • Alignment with Stand Together’s vision, values, and Principle Based Management culture.
  • Preferred or implied experience in roles such as major gift officer, account executive, or sales account manager.
