Description

  • Design and prioritize a small portfolio of 3–5 global strategic alliance targets based on market overlap, reach, and practice maturity.
  • Create a Series A-appropriate global alliance model, including partner tiers, engagement rules, and global versus regional ownership.
  • Develop 12–24 month joint business plans with clear assumptions, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced enterprise pipeline across global accounts.
  • Work closely with LockThreat leadership on account strategy, executive mapping, deal shaping, and multi-country pursuit coordination.
  • Use disciplined qualification methods such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICCR to focus scarce resources on the strongest opportunities.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with alliance leaders, service line leaders, and regional managing partners.
  • Lead executive briefings, alliance steering committees, and QBRs focused on outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Align product capabilities with partner consulting and managed services offerings to create accelerators, compliance solutions, and repeatable implementation patterns.
  • Serve as the internal voice for strategic alliances across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and maintain clean CRM data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, alliances, or strategic partnerships.
  • 5+ years of experience managing global or multi-region strategic accounts.
  • Proven success working with GSIs or global consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of services-led GTM motions.
  • Background in GRC, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or risk platforms.
  • Experience building programs from scratch with minimal structure.
  • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • CRM fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and writing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver presentations and solution demos.
  • Flexibility to work alternative hours across global time zones.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Preferred experience in an early-stage environment with little formal playbook.
  • Preferred ability to speak credibly with auditors, GRC analysts, CEOs, and managing directors.
  • Preferred ability to translate complex environments into conceptual solutions that deliver outcomes.
