Description

  • Target, identify, and approach prospective restaurant customers within an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top and elite restaurant accounts as a trusted adviser.
  • Deliver customized in-person and online product demos using data to assess partner needs.
  • Drive revenue by creating opportunities with restaurateurs and helping advance their business goals.
  • Educate operators on industry trends and challenge them to think differently about their business.
  • Develop selling strategies and tactical business plans to support territory growth.
  • Overcome customer objections and competition throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Use Salesforce to manage the territory, forecast activity, and process contracts.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams to help improve the product and sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and technology; restaurant management and/or food and beverage sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using data and analytics to support decision-making and build business cases.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured, forward-thinking environment.
  • Strong time management skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
  • Native Italian speaker with proficiency in English.
  • College degree required.
  • Experience with hospitality industry networking, events, and engagement is beneficial.
  • Experience with expert data tools such as Preset is preferred.
