Description

  • Define and execute the global hyperscaler strategy across AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and OCI, with initial focus on 1–2 priority cloud service providers.
  • Build a repeatable hyperscaler engagement model that can scale at a Series A stage.
  • Drive co-sell motions with hyperscaler field sellers and solution architects.
  • Enable cloud partner teams to position the platform as a cloud-aligned GRC solution and a driver of AI and data workloads.
  • Own end-to-end marketplace execution, including listings, pricing models, private offers, and enterprise agreements.
  • Ensure marketplace deals accelerate enterprise sales cycles rather than creating friction.
  • Align platform capabilities to cloud consumption drivers such as AI/LLM workloads, continuous control monitoring, and data ingestion and analytics.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on reference architecture, CSP-native integrations, and roadmap alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global alliance leaders, regional sales leaders, and industry solution teams at CSPs.
  • Represent the company in executive briefings, partner councils, and other programmatic partner engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud alliances, enterprise sales, or partner GTM roles.
  • Direct experience working within AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscaler co-sell models, marketplace economics, cloud consumption drivers, and services-led GTM motions.
  • Background in SaaS, GRC, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to build original GTM assets.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Strong presentation skills, including delivering impactful level 1 and level 2 solution demos.
  • Willingness to work alternative hours across global time zones.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • CRM proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Experience in an early-stage environment where processes and playbooks had to be created.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity or GRC buyers and related sales motions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with auditors, GRC analysts, CEOs, and managing directors.
  • Ability to simplify complex environments into conceptual solutions that drive outcomes.
