Description

  • Build trusted relationships with national and global benefits consultants and senior leaders at consulting and brokerage firms.
  • Drive consultant advocacy to support pipeline and bookings goals.
  • Partner with sales, channel partnerships, product marketing, product, and customer success to execute territory and national strategies.
  • Create targeted sales tools and educational materials for consultants.
  • Represent Spring Health at conferences and consultant events to expand brand presence and influence.
  • Act as a liaison across teams and bring consultant insights back to inform strategy.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to align offerings with consultant needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Grow pipeline through firm-level engagement and self-sourced or partnership-driven opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
  • Proven experience building and influencing relationships with senior executive leaders at national consulting or brokerage firms.
  • Experience leading strategic accounts at a national or enterprise level across multiple regions and internal practices.
  • Deep understanding of benefits consulting dynamics and ability to translate firm-level advocacy into pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • High-level executive presence and communication skills with the ability to position complex value propositions.
  • Results-driven track record of generating net-new pipeline, increasing inclusion in major opportunities, and improving win rates.
  • Experience in a full-time remote role is required; occasional travel may be required for company, team, or customer meetings/events.
  • Experience in the healthcare or benefits ecosystem is preferred.

  • Target base salary of $135,000 to $159,500.
