Description

  • Research target distribution facility and warehouse companies to identify key decision-makers.
  • Initiate conversations with senior executives through phone, email, and social media outreach.
  • Gather account insights through conversations and effective questioning.
  • Document prospect and account information in Salesforce to build accurate account profiles.
  • Evaluate accounts against target criteria to separate productive from unproductive leads.
  • Set introductory meetings for Account Executives with qualified decision-makers.
  • Articulate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions to prospects.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, prospecting cadence, and sales messaging with the sales team.
  • Build knowledge of Loadsmart’s business, operations, competitive landscape, and industry news.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, account executives, and leaders in a team-oriented sales environment.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of direct sales or lead generation experience.
  • Consistent track record of achieving quota.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Enthusiasm and a high degree of energy.
  • Willingness to work in a highly entrepreneurial, teamwork-oriented environment.
  • Experience supporting outbound sales motions is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from Brazil.
