Description

  • Develop and execute a pipeline strategy to grow revenue from existing accounts and new market opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of customer P&L performance and ensure revenue and EBIT targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with client executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead regular account performance reviews and align client goals with internal operations through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee customer contracts, renewals, and amendments to support company objectives.
  • Represent customer needs and industry trends internally to influence product roadmaps and innovation priorities.
  • Promote adoption of LivePerson’s Conversational AI solutions and best practices across client accounts.
  • Monitor customer volumes, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Work with regional partners to improve customer experience and deliver high-quality support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience working with C-level executives and driving strategic account growth in enterprise SaaS or Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customer P&L, forecasting, revenue planning, and complex contract negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and evaluate multiple variables to solve problems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning in AI and cloud technology.
