Description

  • Serve as the senior strategic advisor across key client relationships and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Partners.
  • Establish best practices for client engagement, account growth, and governance such as QBRs and account planning.
  • Guide teams through complex client dynamics, scope discussions, and delivery challenges.
  • Ensure client work aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable impact.
  • Drive account immersion, strategic relevance, and proactive innovation across engagements.
  • Own revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and margin management across assigned accounts.
  • Oversee scoping, pricing, and contract development, including SOWs and MSAs.
  • Lead and support proposal development and pitch presentations.
  • Manage governance, documentation, billing, delivery processes, and escalation points across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account services within a digital agency, with 10+ years preferred for VP-level roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing profitable client accounts.
  • Experience across digital engagements, including websites, platforms, and integrated ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing scopes, budgets, and contracts, including SOWs, MSAs, and invoicing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital strategy, UX, technology, and modern web architecture.
