Description

  • Own account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic industry-focused accounts.
  • Translate client business objectives and AI and data goals into strategic programs across data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI.
  • Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong profitability and measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to support account health and future opportunities.
  • Lead executive meetings, workshops, QBRs, and roadmap discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Maintain close engagement with delivery teams, review performance metrics, and drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with ecosystem providers such as Snowflake and AWS on joint account strategies.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, account planning frameworks, sales enablement materials, and delivery patterns.
  • Represent phData at industry events, conferences, and panels to strengthen market presence.
  • Mentor team members and help refine practice standards, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or similar data-driven verticals.
  • Experience owning strategic account portfolios and revenue targets in the $5–15M+ range.
  • Deep domain expertise in Restaurant/Hospitality, Technology, Financial Services, or similar sectors.
  • Hands-on experience working with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to design and oversee modern data solutions.
  • Proven ability to own revenue and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Experience delivering projects for external or internal clients in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable steps and drive them to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including executive-level communication and stakeholder influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed, distributed, cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
  • Preferred experience in Restaurant/Hospitality, Technology, and/or Financial Services.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and ecosystems such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, and Anthropic.
  • Preferred experience working in global or remote teams across the US and other regions.
  • Preferred contributions to communities, speaking, writing, or internal accelerators such as playbooks or thought leadership.
