Description

  • Work directly with clients to analyze business problems and implement technology solutions.
  • Develop software and design solutions in collaboration with senior consultants.
  • Apply best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
  • Adapt across multiple clients, industries, and technical environments.
  • Build trust with clients and internal teams through strong communication and execution.
  • Execute custom software development using modern languages and frameworks.
  • Implement automated verification protocols for software systems.
  • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with deployment and observability tooling.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Solid foundation in software development.
  • Strong interest in consulting.
  • Ability to adapt across different industries and technical stacks.
  • Curiosity about new tools, including AI tools that improve productivity.
  • Availability to work from one of the primary U.S. hubs: Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, or Portland.
  • Experience with C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, or Python is relevant.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, .NET MAUI, Flutter, or Xamarin is relevant.
