Description

  • Build LLM-based agents using platform scaffolding such as LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.
  • Integrate agents with internal APIs, tool-calling systems, state and conversation management, and guardrails.
  • Deploy and operate agents on AWS, including containers, CI/CD, secrets, permissions, networking, and security controls.
  • Define and run evaluations before production and monitor quality, latency, and cost after deployment.
  • Collaborate with Identity, Security, DevSecOps, Networking, and business teams to resolve technical and process issues.
  • Create documentation and runbooks and transfer knowledge so client teams can operate agents independently.
  • Feed lessons from each engagement back into agent templates, deployment pipelines, and observability practices.

Requirements

  • At least one LLM-based agent or system taken to production and operated using LangGraph or an equivalent framework.
  • 4+ years of Python backend experience building production services with FastAPI or another asynchronous framework.
  • Ability to independently take services from repository to production on AWS, including containers, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, tracing, hallucination control, and agent observability using Langfuse or a similar tool.
  • Daily experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Ability to quickly understand new team contexts and unblock technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
  • Experience in banking or fintech (preferred).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, OAuth2/JWT, RAG, vector databases, MCP servers, Spec-Driven Development, or forward-deployed consulting (preferred).
