Description

  • Work directly with clients to analyze business problems and implement technology solutions.
  • Develop software and design solutions in collaboration with senior consultants.
  • Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
  • Work across multiple clients and industries, adapting to different technical and business environments.
  • Build trust with clients and internal teams through clear communication, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Execute custom software development across established languages and frameworks.
  • Implement automated verification protocols for software systems.
  • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with deployment and observability tooling.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to high-quality outcomes on projects with outsized impact and reach.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Solid foundation in software development.
  • Keen interest in consulting.
  • Ability to work from one of the primary U.S. hubs: Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, or Portland.
  • Experience with technologies such as C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, .NET MAUI, Flutter, or Xamarin.
  • Experience with CI/CD and observability tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, AWS CloudFormation, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Dynatrace, New Relic, Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.
  • Experience with data and analytics tools such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or Google Looker.
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity.
