Description

  • Work directly with clients to analyze business problems and implement technology solutions.
  • Develop software and design solutions in collaboration with senior consultants.
  • Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
  • Adapt across multiple clients, industries, and technical environments.
  • Build trust with clients and internal teams through clear communication, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Execute custom software development using languages and frameworks such as C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, .NET MAUI, Flutter, and Xamarin.
  • Implement automated verification protocols to ensure software integrity.
  • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with deployment and observability tooling.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • Based in the primary LATAM hub in Peru.
  • Solid foundation in software development and a keen interest in consulting.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt across different technical stacks and business environments.
  • Curiosity about new tools, including AI tools that improve productivity.
  • Ability to submit a short note, work experience summary, and public profile links such as GitHub or LinkedIn as part of the application.
  • Willingness to complete a hiring process that may include a phone interview, video interviews, and a take-home exercise within one week.
