Description

  • Manage project planning and day-to-day coordination for game art production work.
  • Lead teams by instruction and example to keep work moving toward milestones.
  • Oversee production workflows across multiple Sci-Fi and Fantasy game projects.
  • Communicate clearly with internal team members to support collaboration and execution.
  • Track schedules, deliverables, and project progress across assigned titles.
  • Create budget and time estimations for asset production.
  • Work with large teams and milestone-driven production cycles.
  • Coordinate using office admin tools such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in game art production.
  • Strong understanding of game production pipelines and workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of project management.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams by instruction and example.
  • Expertise in office admin programs such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
  • Experience with multiple software packages and game engines such as 3DS Max, Maya, ZBrush, Unity, and Unreal is preferred.
  • Ability to create budget and time estimations for asset production is preferred.
  • Experience working with large teams and milestones is preferred.
  • A mixed resume or portfolio showing 2D/3D, rigging/animation, tech, or VFX examples is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work.
  • Salary range of $24,000-33,000 MXN gross per month.
