Description

  • Contribute directly to survey programming and data analysis using Python.
  • Manage 3-5 simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to secure respondents for surveys.
  • Guide clients on the best survey structure before launch.
  • Oversee live questionnaire development and survey implementation with clients.
  • Lead quality assurance to ensure logic, conditionality, and programming are functioning correctly.
  • Analyze survey data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and support urgent updates or changes.
  • Identify process patterns, optimize workflows, and help localize products based on client feedback.
  • Support special projects and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; engineering, information technology, business, economics, or international relations are preferred.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of or experience with Python and/or JavaScript programming.
  • Proven client-facing experience with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong teamwork skills, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
  • Business acumen in private markets, including knowledge of private equity, due diligence, and primary research.
  • Experience with consulting or investment-related clients is beneficial.
