Description

  • Maintain the day-to-day cadence of each client’s campaign pipeline and keep work moving without follow-up chasing.
  • Run client-facing follow-up cadences with 5-7 days of forward notice on every item.
  • Track every campaign, client, and stage with at least 7 days of pipeline visibility.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs, including briefs to designers, asset coordination, copy review, and send-mechanic verification.
  • Own the service-delivery heartbeat through daily and weekly update posts.
  • Perform link QA and maintain accurate Trello board hygiene before sends.
  • Identify stalled approvals early and escalate or follow up proactively to prevent missed deadlines.
  • Ensure deliverables are shipped and verified as received, not merely sent.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong fit for a long-term role with a 2+ year commitment.
  • Strong forward-chasing habits and a willingness to over-communicate proactively.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded work and make sound decisions with incomplete context.
  • Precision in execution with a clear definition of done that includes verification.
  • Foundations-first mindset: ability to fix broken delivery processes before shifting to strategic ideas.
  • Comfort using AI for drafting and editing while still doing the underlying cadence work yourself.
  • Must complete daily end-of-day reflection in a 3-section format.
  • Must use Hubstaff time tracking in real time for all hours.
  • Direct, unsoftened communication style is expected.
  • Ability to read briefs carefully before executing and disclose AI usage where applicable.
