Description

  • Conduct structured discovery sessions across departments to map real workflows and identify AI transformation opportunities.
  • Gather business and technical requirements and produce process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and functional AI leads to develop prototype solutions and agentic workflows.
  • Maintain the global AI Initiative Tracker and ensure metrics, baselines, and ROI figures are accurate.
  • Act as a bridge between program governance and execution to remove adoption blockers and support scaling AI capabilities.
  • Map technical and behavioral barriers to AI adoption and help functions improve implementation readiness.
  • Stay current on developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation relevant to Booksy's business.
  • Lead workshops and manage multiple fast-moving discovery workstreams across different functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Process Analyst in end-to-end discovery and process mapping within complex environments.
  • Demonstrated background in digital transformation, automation, or technology change initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Direct, hands-on experience using Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of how to structure, optimize, and map workflows for autonomous AI execution.
  • Ability to lead workshops and manage multiple discovery workstreams simultaneously across diverse functions.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketplace, SaaS, or platform business is preferred.
  • Experience in a centralized transformation office or cross-functional program environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks or contributing to technology ROI models is preferred.
