Description

  • Design, create, and deliver engaging multimedia enablement content such as presentations, instructional videos, and practical guides.
  • Lead live and virtual training sessions on Salesforce CRM, sales engagement tools, and new system functionality.
  • Measure enablement impact, monitor tool adoption, and identify performance gaps using data-driven methods.
  • Partner with Product Management to align enablement activities with the scope and scale of initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and product teams and the GTM organization by translating complex changes into clear content.
  • Manage multiple enablement projects from ideation through completion using Jira or similar task management tools.
  • Drive adoption of new features and processes across sales and GTM stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team and turn it into actionable recommendations for the IS Product team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Technical Training, or a similar function supporting sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools such as Gong and a strong understanding of the broader sales tech ecosystem.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools such as Slides and Docs, and AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM.
  • Comfort using project management tools like Jira or equivalent.
  • Exposure to data analysis platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required due to the company’s global operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing or ambiguous environments.
  • Preferred: experience with the product development lifecycle, technology-focused organizations, or the Hospitality and/or Retail industries.
