Description

  • Lead the organization’s People & Culture reporting ecosystem and ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, high-impact insights.
  • Drive People & Culture enablement by increasing adoption and use of reporting tools and insights across the organization.
  • Support the Insights roadmap with a focus on automation, self-service, and regular communication to the P&C department.
  • Act as a consultant to P&C heads and business leaders by identifying analytical trends and presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Implement a consultative intake framework that ties reporting requests to business problems or OKRs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts while promoting knowledge sharing and high system standards.
  • Review ServiceNow trends and implement self-service reporting solutions to reduce recurring friction points.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work with data and finance teams to bridge Workday and Looker dashboards and support reporting integration needs.
  • Define and monitor reporting governance, documentation standards, KPI development, and audit requirements.
  • Research and assess new people analytics tools and AI opportunities to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Perform advanced root cause analysis on complex system issues and implement sustainable fixes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Expert-level proficiency with complex Calculated Fields and Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and nBox reporting.
  • Proven experience building and managing high-stakes reports such as Board decks, ESG reporting, or Annual Reports.
  • Deep knowledge of custom report configuration and handling large data sets.
  • Track record of identifying system inefficiencies and implementing sustainable fixes based on best practices.
  • Experience working in agile or pod-based environments, ideally acting as a Product Owner for People Data.
  • Experience working within or closely with a People function and understanding HR lifecycles, including recruitment, turnover, compensation, and diversity metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related combination of training and experience (preferred).
  • Background as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst (preferred).
  • Experience with People Analytics tools such as Prism, Looker, or Tableau (preferred).
  • Workday Pro Certification in Reporting (preferred).
