Description

  • Lead the Bank’s CRA Quality Assurance and Data Reporting function under the CRA Officer’s guidance.
  • Oversee the Bank’s Small Business loan review process for CRA consideration.
  • Monitor and test CRA-eligible personal loans.
  • Manage CRA regulatory updates, including the CRA Disclosure Annual Filing and CRA Public File updates.
  • Review other activities for CRA consideration to help the Bank meet Strategic Plan measurable goals and maintain policy and control adherence.
  • Volunteer within the Bank’s assessment areas to support measurable goal attainment.
  • Assist with backlog reviews, data collection for audits and examinations, and process/system enhancements as needed.
  • Support CRA exam and audit management.
  • Respond to Public File requests and CRA-related complaints.
  • Create and present CRA materials for employees and support annual and exam self-assessments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CRA experience, including loan, investments, contributions, and services reviews for CRA consideration.
  • Experience in audit, compliance, or risk management related to CRA.
  • Experience creating policies and procedures.
  • Experience with CRA Disclosure Annual Filings and familiarity with the 1071 ruling.
  • Advanced technical expertise with Excel, Tableau, and CRA reporting systems.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High initiative with strong focus on data integrity, excellence, and results.
  • Ability to create, innovate, and enhance processes for further automation.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Preferred: Located within Salt Lake City, Utah or Sacramento, California.
  • Preferred: Experience updating the CRA Public File.
  • Preferred: Experience working with the Office of Comptroller of Currency (OCC).
  • Preferred: Product Owner experience on a CRA reporting system.
  • Preferred: Growth mindset with problem-solving and innovation focus.
