Description

  • Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, dbt, and Tableau.
  • Analyze complex data to answer business questions and convert findings into actionable insights.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests in Google Sheets while maintaining focus on long-term priorities.
  • Support senior stakeholders with accurate reporting for executive and board-level needs.
  • Question assumptions, investigate root causes, and validate work thoroughly.
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Field Ops, and Data Engineering to maintain alignment and data consistency.
  • Identify data issues early and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them at the source.
  • Lead high-impact projects that support sales strategy, planning, pipeline optimization, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a similar role, ideally in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong SQL skills, with BigQuery preferred.
  • Experience with dbt is a plus.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar sales data tools.
  • Comfort working in Google Sheets for quick-turnaround requests.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and an understanding of sales or post-sales data.
  • Experience managing complex projects with clarity, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with predictive analytics is a plus.
