Description

  • Manage, train, and coach a team of North American People & Culture Coordinators in Canada and Manila.
  • Supervise employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, role and salary changes, profile updates, time off, leaves, and terminations.
  • Define, track, and improve service-level expectations for the PCC team, including turnaround times and response rates.
  • Serve as the functional power user for Workday and audit data to prevent payroll and reporting issues.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a global playbook for People & Culture administrative procedures.
  • Provide insights on team volume, operational bottlenecks, and employee lifecycle data trends to People & Culture leadership.
  • Oversee employee programs coordinated by the team, including training, recognition, DEI, volunteering, and wellness initiatives.
  • Review documentation for current and future-state people processes, workflows, systems, and technology.
  • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements to support scaling and operational efficiency.
  • Support compliance efforts by collaborating with the Legal team and provide general administrative and project support to the People team.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of HR Coordinators.
  • Strong project management skills and systems thinking to re-engineer workflows.
  • Experience with Workday and a strong understanding of its workflows.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Operations.
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to use and learn tools including Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets/Docs, Greenhouse, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong data literacy and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. compliance and employment laws.
  • Excellent urgency, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in French is preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems, handling sensitive data, and sensitive documentation is preferred.
